Alert Consoles are Smart Devices that are connected to the internet.
If you see that your Alert Console is asking for a PIN or the Connection Status Indicator is yellow, the best thing to do is to refresh your Alert Console.
How to refresh an Alert Console:
- Quickly tap on the screen three times.
- A purple bar will drop down from the top of the screen with two options
| "Refresh Console" | Use this option to refresh your Alert Console's internet connection |
| "Logout" | Do not use this option. You will no longer receive alerts if you use this option. |
