In some instances, you may have to verify the color of the LED lights on a Smart Plug to troubleshoot your Panic Button Solution.
Smart Plug LEDs
The following is the status of the Smart Plug based on the LED indicator on either side of the device.
| Blue | A blue LED indicated that the plug is connected to the internet and has power. | |||
| Red |
A red LED indicates that the plug has power, but is not connected to the internet.
Contact ROAR for support if the LED does not turn blue after troubleshooting. |

| No LED |
No LED indicates that power is disconnected from the plug. Either:
Contact ROAR for support if the LED does not turn blue after troubleshooting. |
